Meineke Car Care Centers, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a center’s operation and profitability in a fast-paced automotive service environment. You will supervise technicians and service advisors, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer service and safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes team development, cost control, and effective communication to meet sales goals while maintaining high-quality repairs and customer trust.

Formación

• Experience in automotive repair, service, or retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive sales and manage KPIs.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on quality and integrity.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the shop, including workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and service advisors.
• Drive sales by ensuring service recommendations are clearly communicated and properly executed.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.
• Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and financial reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics, including labor efficiency, sales targets, and CSI.
• Manage parts ordering and vendor relationships.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
