Qualifications

• Minimum of proven management and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the center's day-to-day performance and overall operations.
• Monitor KPIs (sales, membership growth, retention, labor, events) and take action.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of staff and coaches.
• Deliver exceptional member experience and uphold brand standards.
• Schedule staff, manage events, and ensure completion of admin tasks.
• Drive lead follow-up, trial conversions, and membership sales.
• Foster a high-performing culture with clear accountability.
