Job summary

Applied ABC seeks a Center Coordinator to support growth and day-to-day ABA center operations. You will work with regional leadership, Center Directors, intake, and recruiting to strengthen staffing, referrals, and launch readiness.

The role requires relationship-building, operational problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple centers while ensuring consistent procedures across locations. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or operational experience within an ABA organization is required.
• Strong understanding of ABA center operations, staffing, intake, client onboarding, and insurance processes.
• Experience with referral development, client acquisition, census growth, recruiting, or payer relationships is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and move projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain staffing pipelines across multiple locations.
• Partner with Center Directors and regional leadership to identify operational needs and improve processes.
• Support opening and launching new ABA centers, including staffing and onboarding.
• Follow up on center performance, utilization, census, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with Intake, Recruiting and other teams to align center priorities.
