The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and at least three years in healthcare supervision, with bilingual abilities valued. It offers a comprehensive package including medical benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with Senior Care Services and the elderly population.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a supervisor or management position in healthcare or a related field.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations that reflect the AltaMed PACE program mission.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement activities ensuring CMS, PACE guidelines & licensing compliance.
• Manage budget and staffing to achieve participant census and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with administrative and medical leaders, quality management, and marketing teams to meet goals.
