Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a PACE Center Supervisor in Los Angeles County to oversee operational areas at the assigned PACE center. The role focuses on delivering health care and social services efficiently while supporting staff and processes.

Responsibilities include staff coordination, budgeting, and quality improvement efforts to enhance care delivery and coordination with internal and external resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, therapy disciplines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher following AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of selected operational areas at the assigned site to ensure efficient delivery of health care and social services.
• Contribute to staff selection, budgeting, process improvement and care coordination.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline preferred.
