Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Center Director for the PACE program in California. You will oversee day-to-day operations for the PACE Center and potential ACS extension, ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic alignment with AltaMed’s mission.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a health/social field, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and ability to collaborate with nursing, social work, and therapy teams. Strong leadership and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, therapy, and gerontology.
• Bilingual capability English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations reflecting AltaMed PACE mission; ensures CMS and PACE regulatory compliance.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements activities; manages budget and census targets.
• Leads staffing, safety, quality, and satisfaction initiatives through collaboration with clinical, operations, quality, and marketing teams.
