Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology (Master’s preferred) and at least three years in a supervisory role in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ supervisor or management experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in line with AltaMed PACE program mission.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement activities ensuring CMS and licensing compliance.
• Manage budget, staffing, and participant census targets.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical leaders to achieve quality and safety goals.
