Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Center Clinical Manager to lead daily back-office operations in our Memphis center. The role focuses on clinical quality, regulatory compliance, HR, patient experience and supervision of Care Promoters and technicians.

You will collaborate with Center Leadership to implement strategies that drive KPI performance and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare operations with leadership experience, LPN or CMA credentials, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
BA/BS in Healthcare Administration preferred.
Active LPN license or CMA certification required.
Minimum 5 years progressive clinic or hospital experience.
Minimum 2 years of management experience with direct reports.
IV Therapy certification where required.
BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
Experience with geriatric patients preferred.
EMR system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with center and divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients and staff.
Oversee clinical operations to meet KPI and membership goals.
Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll and PTO.
Perform direct patient care duties as needed.
Use data dashboards to improve revenue and quality (HEDIS/STARS).
Develop protocols to improve staff productivity and coaching.
Maintain medical equipment and inventory; ensure maintenance.
Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA).
Lead hiring and onboarding of clinical staff and technicians.
Support audits and internal quality standards.
Complete required medication dispensing training.
