Zusammenfassung

ChenMed is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead back office center operations at our Memphis location. This role includes clinical quality oversight, HR, staff supervision (MAs, Pharmacy Technicians, X-ray Technicians), and collaboration with center leadership to drive operational strategies.

You will utilize data analytics to improve clinical performance and revenue while ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred.
Active LPN license or CMA certification required; other clinical licensure considered.
Minimum 5 years progressive work experience in medical clinics/hospitals or similar regulated environment.
At least 2 years of management experience with direct reports; geriatrics experience preferred.

Aufgaben

Oversee day-to-day back office operations including compliance, HR, and supervision of center staff.
Hire, train, and manage performance of MAs, Pharmacy Technicians and X-ray Technicians.
Collaborate with leadership to design operational strategies and monitor clinical performance metrics.
Use data analytics to support revenue growth and quality ratings (HEDIS/STARS).
Ensure staffing, payroll, PTO, and equipment maintenance are properly managed.
