Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; BS/BA in healthcare admin or business preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant required.
• Minimum 5 years in a medical clinic or similar setting; 2+ years in management.
• Experience using EMR systems and strong data-driven improvement mindset.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities; compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead back office center operations including clinical quality and patient experience.
• Supervise Care Promoters, Pharmacy Technicians and X-ray Technicians.
• Collaborate with leaders to meet KPI targets and growth goals.
• Manage staffing, payroll approvals, and PTO; plan for shortages.
• Utilize data dashboards to support revenue and quality improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and ChenMed standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and supply inventory management.
