ANNA is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a center in the Greater Boston area. You will supervise BCBAs and BTs delivering NDBI to children 18 months to 6 years, while owning clinic operations, budget, and performance metrics.

The role blends clinical leadership with operational ownership, with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and relocation assistance. Competitive salary with bonuses and robust benefits.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in ABA with children under 6; 5+ years post-credential leadership
• Massachusetts LABA license or equivalent credential
• Strong leadership, supervision, and program development skills

Responsabilidades

• Own clinical quality and adherence to NDBI methodologies at your center
• Provide supervision to BCBAs and Behavior Therapists
• Supervise assessments, intervention plans, and parent coaching
• Manage clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, budgeting, staffing, and utilization
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance to ensure staffing and finances
