Centro de la Familia seeks a Center/Bus Aide to support in the classroom, supervise a safe playground, and help with transportation duties. You will work closely with our Education Specialist to promote health, safety, and school readiness for young learners in a dynamic center setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Entry-level position; no prior education or experience required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable with children aged 0–5 and activities on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in classroom and playground.
• Support teachers and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Assist the Bus Driver with supervision during transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and early learning readiness in daily activities.
• Encourage inclusive language and bilingual learning.
