Job summary

Centro de la Familia in Utah seeks an energetic Center Aide to support classrooms under the Education Specialist. You'll help with activities, supervise the playground, and promote health, safety, and readiness for young learners across possible locations.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, support transportation, kitchen operations, family services, and development activities. Bilingual EN/ES skills are a plus, and you are willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and Food Handler permits within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, enthusiastic to work with children, including those with special needs and limited English proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to join.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the classroom and support teachers with activities.
• Provide safe playground supervision and follow safety policies.
• Contribute to health, safety, and school readiness of young learners.
• Support transportation, kitchen operations, and family services as needed.
• Encourage bilingual development and dual-language learning.
• Engage in inclusive activities for children with IFSPs and IEPs.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and sanitation.
• Adhere to CACFP guidelines during meals.
• Be open to feedback and participate in training.
