Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a Center Leader to coordinate and administer the Center's Behavior Management System and Leadership Program, ensuring compliance with DOL, corporate, and Center policies. You will supervise the Student Incentive and Discipline Systems and report on disciplinary activities.

In this role you will work with Center Director, staff, and counselors to promote student accountability, train staff, and maintain documentation and program effectiveness through CDSS and related

Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
• Computer Literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Analyze data and situation(s); render judgement, make decisions, and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work in fast paced deadline-oriented situation.
• High level of management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers the Center's Behavior Management System and Leadership Program in compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Prepares statistical data for monthly reports on disciplinary activities.
• Assists in meeting center goals and ensures proper documentation and policy adherence.
• Oversees staff feedback on incidents and maintains records weekly.
• Supports Student Behavior Management Council operations and training.
• Monitors and evaluates the leadership program and CDSS alignment.
• Maintains collaboration with Case Management Teams to assess student progress.
• Ensures staff training and ongoing program improvements.
