Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Center supervisor to manage the discipline and incentive program for students and to oversee the Center's behavior management system. You will train staff, provide orientation, and ensure compliance with zero-tolerance policies.

You will also investigate incidents, maintain records, prepare reports on trends, and coordinate with safety, security and external agencies as needed. A strong focus on confidentiality and program integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in Job Corps or related residential youth program.
• Valid in-State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage center discipline, recognition and incentive programs for students.
• Oversee behavior management systems and ensure staff apply Center rules properly.
• Provide orientation to new students on rules, incentives and available services.
• Train staff on behavior management systems and incident handling.
• Investigate student incidents and report significant concerns to the Center Director.
• Maintain disciplinary records and analyze behavioral trends for required reports.
• Coordinate with Safety/Security and local law enforcement as needed.
• Support Career Success Standards administration and community linkages.
