Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is a center-based ABA Therapy program serving young children. The Registered Behavior Technician provides direct 1:1 and group care, following BCBA/BC plans to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm, in center. Requirements include RBT certification, high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, CPR/First Aid, background check, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to undergo background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow protocols built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and accurately.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with preparation of client materials and assessments.
