Job summary

Centria Healthcare in Detroit, MI is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

Training is provided to help you develop effective communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. This role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Entry-level training provided with no prior experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions under BCBA guidance.
• Help children develop communication, social and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, supportive and structured learning environment.
