Centria Autism is hiring for a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work with children one-on-one under supervision to implement behavior plans and teach essential skills. Training is provided, and no prior direct experience is required.

The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities with children in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Follow evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
