Job summary

Centria Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team, and opportunities to advance in behavioral analysis.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress with BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and development.
