Centria Autism in Harper Woods, MI is seeking Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through one-on-one instruction. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training so you can start with or without prior experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
• Work one-on-one with children with autism
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Assist in maintaining safety and documentation
