Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in High Point, NC to provide direct ABA therapy to children. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, in-center.

Applicants must hold an RBT certification, be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing. Benefits include PTO, tuition discounts, and a practicum program for supervision hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification as issued by BACB.
• Willing to participate in background check and company screening.
• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to complete TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA teaching in center and natural environments.
• Follow client treatment plans developed by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on behaviors.
• Train parents and caregivers as directed.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of critical incidents.
• Communicate progress to families and team.
