Job summary

A behavioral health center in Winston-Salem is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care. Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong understanding of technology for data recording.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing intensive teaching.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s treatment protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
