Job summary

Centria Autism in Woodhaven, MI is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans and teach essential skills to help children reach their potential.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; the role involves patient interaction, teamwork, and ability to stand and assist with children up to 50 pounds, with pay range $17-$20.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and pass tuberculosis test.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Training provided even if you have no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
