Job summary

Centria-Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized intervention plans and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

We will provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. We offer a pay range of $18–$25 per hour, with opportunities for growth within Centria Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in training to support child progress.
