Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Walker, MI. You will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized intervention plans to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow in the field of Behavioral Analysis. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test may be required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to support each child’s development.
