Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position in Taylor, MI 48180. You will work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA, applying evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and expect a compassionate, patient team player who can stand, walk, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under supervision of BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
