Job summary

Propel Autism is seeking a Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Propel clinic in Marietta, GA. This part-time role offers in-person supervision from BCBA's and opportunities for growth. Hours are 1:00pm-4:30pm, with a focus on skill acquisition and client dignity.

You will work one-on-one with a child, document progress with accurate data, and collaborate with staff on group activities within the clinic setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification through BACB required.
• High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must pass Propel background check.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic.
• Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client.
• Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.
