Job summary

Propel Autism, LLC is seeking a Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy with children, capturing learning opportunities in a clinic setting and supporting social interactions with peers during group activities.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, a minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and must pass Propel’s background check with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition in Propel clinic.

• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build rapport.
• Maintain client dignity and assent in all interactions.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes submitted the same day.

Intro:

Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBT’s who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. If you are a Registered Behavior Technician looking for a company committed to providing you with supportive, in person supervision from BCBA’s who are invested in your growth and development, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Center-based RBT you will:

• Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic
• Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client
• Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.

You will need:
