Job summary

Propel Autism, LLC is seeking a Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy with children, capturing learning opportunities in a clinic setting and supporting social interactions with peers during group activities.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, a minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and must pass Propel’s background check with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• RBT certification through BACB (bacb.com).
• High school diploma minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must pass Propel background check; valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition in Propel clinic.
• Accompany client throughout the day, capturing learning opportunities in natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold client’s social interactions with peers and group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build rapport.
• Maintain client dignity and assent in all interactions.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes submitted the same day.
