Job summary

Centria Healthcare's Life Skills Autism Academy in North Carolina seeks a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide intensive, one‑to‑one and small group ABA therapy in a center-based program. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and train families under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include data collection, documentation, and collaboration with caregivers while maintaining safety and a conducive environment for children’s progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow protocols for skill acquisition and behavior reduction as outlined in the client’s treatment plan.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and per procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as instructed by the BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized therapy environment.
• Assist with preparation of client materials and assessments.
