Job summary

Centria Healthcare, through its Life Skills Autism Academy, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy in-center for children on the autism spectrum. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and train families under supervision.

The role requires RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB)
• Willing to undergo background check
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Willing to complete TB test annually
• Physically able to perform job duties (lift up to 50lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Proficient with data entry on mobile devices and digital apps
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong cultural competency and flexibility

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow treatment protocols outlined in the client plan by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training following protocols.
• Ensure timely and proper documentation.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Report all incidents and safety concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials and assessments
