Job summary

Centria Autism's Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-intensity ABA therapy in a center-based setting. The role involves 1:1 and group sessions, following individualized treatment plans and documenting client progress under BCBA supervision.

Full-time, in-center schedule 8:30am–4:30pm, with a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and opportunities for supervision hours for practicum credit.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with BACB.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and 18+ years of age are required.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB testing annually and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy following the client's treatment plan.
• Record, summarize, and report observable client behavior data.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training related to treatment protocols.
• Communicate progress with families under supervision of BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Prepare client materials and aid in assessments as directed by supervisors.
