Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is a center-based ABA therapy program in Lawrence, Indiana. The RBT role is full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-4:30 pm, in-center, with a pay range of $20-$23 per hour and benefits such as PTO and early wage access.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and group client care under BCBA supervision, data collection, parent training, documentation, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Must be willing to participate in background check.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually.
• Physically able to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in the treatment plan by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and per procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents as directed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist with materials, assessments, and skills acquisition.
