Centria Autism, a division of Centria Healthcare, is hiring an RBT for in-center ABA therapy. The role emphasizes direct client care, data collection, and caregiver training under BCBA supervision.

Qualified candidates hold RBT certification, are 18+, and can pass a background check; CPR/First Aid and TB testing are encouraged. This is a full-time, in-center position with benefits and wage advancement opportunities.

Competenze

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Must be willing to participate in the background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain tuberculosis (TB) test annually.
• Must be physically able to perform job duties (floor work, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Proficient with recording data on mobile devices and using digital apps.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cultural competency and flexibility.

Mansioni

• Provide direct 1:1 and group client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with caregiver training per treatment and behavior protocols.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation following procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as directed by BCBA/BC.
• Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
