Centria Autism is seeking an RBT for Life Skills Autism Academy in Portsmouth, VA. The role involves 1:1 and small-group ABA teaching, implementing client-specific plans, and collaborating with BCBA/BC to support child progress.

You will collect data, maintain documentation, and help train parents. A strong safety focus and reliable transportation are required for this center-based, full-time position.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold and maintain RBT certification by BACB.
• Willing to participate in background check.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow behavior plans designed by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in material prep and assessments.
