Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA services in a center-based setting, collaborating with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. This role emphasizes reliable, compassionate care for children on the autism spectrum and requires strong communication with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred, though training provided.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to centers.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically assist with activities and keep pace with children aged 2–15 years.
