Job summary

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join Centria Autism as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA's guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training so you can help each child reach their full potential. The role requires physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds; pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA in delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Help teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety during activities and transitions.
