Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA, teaching communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and support to succeed in this role, with opportunities to grow in structured ABA pathways. The position requires physical stamina to assist children, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and show patience.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety during activities and transfers.
