Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• RBT certification required within 45 days of onboarding.
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check and obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with the care team to support each child’s progress.
