Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting, working with BCBA partners to support clients.

Training is provided, with growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children, reliable, and able to engage families.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced center environment.

• Excellent communication with children and parents.
• Creative, engaging activities to support treatment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with family training on plans.
• Respond to clients, families, and supervisors' needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff.
• Physically assist children during sessions (2–15 years).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
