Job summary

Joyful Behavior is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work in our Salisbury, MD clinic. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to neurodivergent children and adolescents under BCBA supervision, in a hands-on, relationship-driven role.

This part-time position offers paid RBT training and certification support, drive-time pay, and opportunities for advancement. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, and prior experience with children is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required, or willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• 1 year of experience working with children preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable, patient, and comfortable working in a structured clinical setting.

About the Role

Joyful Behavior is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for our Salisbury, MD clinic. You'll work one-on-one with neurodivergent children and adolescents (toddlers through teens), delivering individualized ABA therapy under the clinical oversight of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who wants to see real, measurable progress in the kids they work with.
