Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children with special needs.
• Knowledge of ethics, laws, and regulations of behavior interventions.
• Physical ability to handle children and manage the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Design client programming and deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Review session data and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Consult with families regarding treatment and behavior modification.

Skills

Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies

Proficient in Office 365
