Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience working with children with special needs.
Knowledge of ethics, laws, and regulations of behavior interventions.
Physical ability to handle children and manage the demands of the job.
Responsibilities
Design client programming and deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs.
Review session data and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Consult with families regarding treatment and behavior modification.
Skills
Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
