In this role, you will provide direct supervision to behavior technicians and manage a small caseload. Ideal candidates must be BCBA certified and have a minimum of one year experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with special needs.
• Must be certified as BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Ability to lift children up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement individualized client programming.
• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on data.

Connaissances

Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies

Experience with special needs

Proficiency in Office 365 and ABA software
