Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months.
• Experience implementing ABA with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes.
• Support families in understanding assessments and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical team and technicians.
• Maintain safety and adapt activities for ages 2–15.
