Job summary

Bright Light, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Behavioral Analyst, Board Certified (BCBA), to design behavioral plans and provide therapy to program participants. This center-based role collaborates with a trans-disciplinary team to implement interventions and monitor progress.

You will maintain least restrictive treatment guidelines, document outcomes, participate in family education, and assist in coordinating care across living and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology or related field.
• Minimum of five years working with behavioral management in special populations.
• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavioral plans and provide therapy and related services.
• Collaborate with supervisors on behavior change strategies and data collection.
• Maintain least restrictive treatment guidelines during interventions.
• Document weekly objectives, strategies, and results in logs.
• Coordinate with families, providers, and lawyers on treatment recommendations.
• Contribute to family education, planning meetings, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare evaluation, progress, and discharge reports in a timely manner.
• Complete daily billing summaries and ensure confidentiality per standards.
• Coordinate behavioral programming across living and community settings.

Education

Master's Degree in psychology or related field
