Centria Autism in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, and to mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

You will collect and analyze client data, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and engage families to support treatment. This role emphasizes assent-based, child-centered care and collaborative teamwork.
