Job summary

Centria Autism’s Center-Based BCaBA role in High Point, North Carolina seeks a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA and to mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

With assent-based, child-centered treatment, you’ll contribute to data-driven decisions, engage families, and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment with mentoring and growth opportunities, a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus bonuses, CEU stipends, and early wage access.

Qualifications

• BCaBA credential welcomed due to role focus
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
