Job summary

CENTRIA Autism centers are hiring a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy and to supervise Behavior Technicians. You will train RBTs, help develop and modify intervention plans, and analyze client data with BCBAs to drive effective outcomes.

You will engage families through training and communication, ensuring adherence to Centria’s assent-based, child-centered approach and maintaining high standards of care across our centers.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required and relevant licensure aligned with state regulations.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs is preferred.
• Ability to collect and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and training.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
