Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy and supervise Behavior Technicians within its structured centers. You will collaborate with BCBA supervisors to design and adjust intervention plans, collect data, and guide families through therapy while upholding assent-based care.

The role offers a base salary with incentives, mentorship from senior clinicians, and growth opportunities across Centria’s center network.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required or in good standing.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
