Job summary

Centria is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy and mentor technicians in a structured, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, data collection, and family engagement.

You’ll work with mentorship from BCBAs, maintain low disruption caseloads, and contribute to assent-based care while advancing your professional credentials within Centria’s support framework.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians or RBTs.
• Ability to collect and analyze client data to inform decisions.
• Commitment to assent-based, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs for program fidelity.
• Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Engage families with regular updates and parent training.
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based philosophy.
